 Danger - Free Radicals

Antioxidants protect every cell, tissue and organ in your body

Control the threat of free radicals and control how quickly you age...

Here's how it works: Every cell in your body uses oxygen to make energy. It's similar to the jolt of energy created when your car's engine ignites gas and oxygen. In the case of your car, its byproduct is exhaust. In your body, this "exhaust" is a dangerous outlaw called oxygen free radicals.

Free radicals are dangerous and unstable because they're missing an electron. To re-balance themselves, they run around looking for another electron to steal. They can swipe electrons from any cell they run into: Heart cells, brain cells, you name it...

And the results are usually tragic. When a free radical targets one of your healthy cells, the healthy cell often dies. And the death of these cells accelerates your aging process -- in the same way that a piece of bread goes stale when it's exposed to the air in your kitchen.

But that's just the tip of the iceberg... Oxygen free radicals are the outlaws your body makes on its own. But in today's world, you're under attack from thousands of other types of free radicals.

These free radicals come in the form of cigarette smoke, air and water pollution, plastics and the thousands of chemicals that get into your body every day. It's no wonder your body gets overwhelmed. Your body just doesn't have the defensive power needed to fight off the constant attacks.

Protect yourself from the destructive fire of aging...

Your body protects you with antioxidants every moment of the day. But as you get older, your supplies drop off -- leaving you vulnerable to the wear and tear of aging. And the lower they go, the more you show your age.

Here's the good news: Put the right antioxidants back in your body and you'll help to protect yourself from the fire of oxidation -- the culprit that speeds up your aging clock.

The key is to aid in preventing damage to your health from occurring in the first place with powerful antioxidants.

So, what food have antioxidants? Berries, Broccoli, Tomatoes, Red Grapes, Garlic, Spinach, Tea, Carrots, Soy and Whole Grains.

Antioxidants are molecules which can safely interact with free radicals and terminate the chain reaction before vital molecules are damaged. Although there are several enzyme systems within the body that scavenge free radicals, the principle micronutrient (vitamin) antioxidants are vitamin E, beta-carotene, and vitamin C. Additionally, selenium, a trace metal that is required for proper function of one of the body's antioxidant enzyme systems, is sometimes included in this category. The body cannot manufacture these micronutrients so they must be supplied in the diet.

To make life even easier, why not join ASH (Advanced Scientific Health) and enjoy what the ASH products can do for you. There's only four, so you don't have to pop pills all day. As a matter of fact, the ASH products are in powder form and all you have to do is mix with water or juice. It's that easy!
The product with antioxidants is RAANOW ((Reverse Accelerated Aging Now)). I don't believe an explanation is needed, doesn't the name says it all? One more reason to join ASH and enjoy less aging and better health.

I joined ASH for my health and I joined It's Good Business for my work at home business. I always wanted to make money online and now I have that opportunity. Maybe you should join me in both programs.

Build a lucrative business on Google without buying leads. It's Good Business!

I don't buy leads. I buy customers. They cost $50 each. Half of what the results of buying leads conversion cost without all the time spent. I don't have to make any calls. I don't get rejected. I do not have good telemarketing skills. I don't need them. And when I buy customers, they appear in my down-line with out any effort on my part. And the 10% of my down-line that are distributors do the same thing. Man-O-man we are happy buying customers not leads!

These customers that you are buying are already buying, and loving, the product. The result? You make money from their purchases. In other words, the more customers that you buy, the more money that you make.

 Methadone May Treat Resistant Leukemia

Methadone May Treat Resistant Leukemia

Researchers in Germany have discovered that methadone, an agent used to break addiction to opioid drugs, has surprising killing power against leukemia cells, including treatment resistant forms of the cancer. Their laboratory study, published in the Aug. 1 issue of Cancer Research, a journal of the American Association for Cancer Research, suggests that methadone holds promise as a new therapy for leukemia, especially in patients whose cancer no longer responds to chemotherapy and radiation.

"Methadone kills sensitive leukemia cells and also breaks treatment resistance, but without any toxic effects on non-leukemic blood cells," said the study's senior author, Claudia Friesen, Ph.D., of the Institute of Legal Medicine at the University Ulm. "We find this very exciting, because once conventional treatments have failed a patient, which occurs in old and also in young patients, they have no other options."

Methadone, developed in Germany in the 1930s, is a low cost agent that acts on opioid receptors, and thus is used as an opioid substitute to treat addiction. Scientists have found that opioid receptors also exist on the surface of some cancer cells for reasons that are not understood. One research group tested the agent in human lung cancer cell lines and found that it can induce cell death.

In this study, Friesen and her colleagues tested methadone in leukemia cells in laboratory culture because this cancer also expresses the opioid receptor. Theirs is the first study to look at use of the agent in leukemia, specifically in lymphoblastic leukemia T-cell lines and human myeloid leukemia cell lines. They found that methadone was as effective as standard chemotherapies and radiation treatments against non-resistant leukemia cells, and that non-leukemic peripheral blood lymphocytes survived after methadone treatment.

To their surprise, they found that methadone also effectively killed leukemia that was resistant to multiple chemotherapies and to radiation. Probing the mechanism of methadone's action, the researchers found that it activates the mitochondrial pathway within leukemia cells, which activates enzymes called caspases that prompt a cell into apoptosis, also known as programmed cell death. Chemotherapy drugs use the same approach, but methadone activated caspases in sensitive leukemia cells, and also reversed deficient activation of caspases in resistant leukemia cells.

Friesen said the research team is beginning to study methadone treatment in animal models of human leukemia, and she also says that other cancers might be suitable for treatment with the agent.

Good medical advice and research is always great to hear. At ASH, all members/researchers share their information. We also share our testimonials about our individual success with the ASH products such as:

 ASH (Advanced Scientific Health) Leads

Omega-3: Nature’s Miracle Panacea

Here’s little secret your doctor probably never told you: a simple fish oil could be the key ingredient to a long, happy life. This miracle fat (if I may be so bold as to call it that) might not only prevent heart attacks and help you avoid a stroke - it could also protect you from depression and other brain disorders. But don’t take my word for it. Instead, let’s just review the medical evidence and literature.

In 1998, researchers surveyed a variety of populations (countries included France, New Zealand and Japan) and found a strong correlation between heart attack incidence and major depression. Subsequent studies demonstrated that populations consuming fish as a main staple had the lowest incidence of both disorders. For example, the people of Japan - despite terrible overcrowding and high levels of stress - have one of the lowest depression rates in the world. This indicates the convergence of two diseases that are seemingly different yet share a common nutritional origin. Mountains of evidence clearly show that special fats known as Omega-3 Fatty Acids (or N-3 fats) greatly enhance the health of the brain, as well as virtually every cell in the body.

Omega-3 fats are a group of polyunsaturated fats commonly found in plants, fish, algae and flaxseed. In my previous reports, I have explained that these polyunsaturated fats are the “good guys,” while trans fatty acids (the partially hydrogenated fats found in vegetable oils) and omega-6 fats are the bad guys. Now historically, conventional medicine has tried to nail down one single event or cause to explain a disease. For instance: High cholesterol causes atherosclerosis. But we are seeing more and more that many different (and seemingly unrelated) diseases share a common cause. Certain nutritional deficiencies, because they affect so many tissues and organs all over the body, can result in any number of maladies - some life-threatening.

This report will look at one prime example - the lack of Omega-3 fats. Americans - especially our youth - exist largely on a steady diet of potato chips, fast-food hamburgers, French fries, pastries, soft drinks and other junk foods. Working people are just too busy to eat freshly prepared foods. Instead they dash to the nearest fast-food emporium or send out for precooked, processed meals. Many are forced to eat airport food or power lunches. The problem is that all of these foods are devoid of Omega-3 fats. And even the fish we eat are mostly farm-raised, which means they are fed only meal and grains - so they lack Omega-3 fats. The problem has reached epidemic proportions and we are now paying the price in a huge way.

As mentioned in earlier Blog, Omega-3 Fatty Acids supplements can be obtained from food or are readily available over the counter at drug and/or health food stores. This supplement is also available at WalMart and can be obtained through the Internet. You might get confused when you see that Omega-6 is also available, but bigger is not always better. So to recap - GOOD OIL is Extra-virgin olive oil, Omega-3 (fish oil, DHA and flaxseed oil). BAD OIL is Omega-6 (corn, safflower, sunflower, peanut, canola and soybean oil).

Once again, as an ASH member, I'm happy to share information with others. This is such important information and the good news is that the supplement, Omega-3 is so reasonably priced, there's hardly an excuse not to take this supplement. ASH is an ever-growing pool of knowledge because our member are constantly seeking health truths and sharing their findings with others.

I also like to share information on a very different way of marketing. Recently I joined a group called, It's Good Business. We're a group of marketers who hate the traditional way of marketing. Boy, that's a mouth full. You probably know what I mean, leads, cold calling, rejection, insults, hang-ups. All those things that leave a very bad taste in your mouth. Well, you can toss those obsolete marketing tools. The new way, or should I say the best way is to buy customers. Yes, you read correctly, buy customers. Now you know the secret to our success. Our team is truly creating long term dependable residual income streams. Soon you'll be making money online and you will see your work at home business on Google. Wow!

I could bet my last dollar that you would like to have more information and you can get that by attending a presentation. Register at: http://itsgoodbusiness.net. Presentations are held every Saturday at 1:00PM and every Wednesday at 7:00PM Pacific time. Plan to attend.

 Fight Depression with Omega-3 Fatty Acids

Depression:

The Fat Antidote in his book The Omega-3 Connection, Dr. Andrew Stoll - director of the Psychological Research Laboratory at Harvard University’s McLean Hospital, and a faculty member of Harvard Medical School - sites the case of a 45-year-old researcher so devastated by bipolar disorder (formerly known as manic depression) that she had great difficulty working or maintaining relationships with her friends.

Between periods of crippling depression, she suffered from explosions of anger. Despite numerous attempts to medically control her condition over a period of 23 years, she never got better. Instead, she found that her anti-psychotic medications made her feel worse than the disease itself. Desperate, she entered Dr. Stoll’s double-blind, controlled study, in which he used Omega-3 fatty acids as the primary treatment. And within two weeks, all of her symptoms disappeared!

But that’s not the end of the story. Dr. Stoll used the same technique to dramatically cure the manic, violent and depressive symptoms in many of his other patients who had gotten no benefit from conventional medicines. In fact, many of these patients had become resistant to the maximum doses and combination's of these powerful psychiatric drugs.

Yet by simply using Omega-3 fatty acids, which are readily available over the counter at any health food store in the country, these long-suffering incurables experienced complete rehabilitation in a very short time.

Other studies have confirmed Dr. Stoll’s remarkable results. Recent analysis has shown that his approach worked because certain dietary fats can affect brain chemistry. One study found that consuming more Omega-3 fats actually boosted the brain’s levels of depression-fighting serotonin and made brain cell membranes more effective, causing them to work more like young, healthy brain cells.

ASH is essentially a Health Product Buyers' Club that offers its members products for the prevention of cancer, heart disease, diabetes and more. The principles used to formulate the ASH products are based on the works and findings of Dr. Otto Warburg, Dr. Keith Brewer, Dr. Linus Pauling. These products are available exclusively to Advanced Scientific Health (ASH) members at huge discounts from "FDA" approved labs through ASH. ASH has four products. It's true, just four, none of which is Omega-3. Omega-3 fatty acids are considered essential fatty acids and ASH members know that they are essential to human health, but cannot be manufactured by the body. For this reason, omega-3 fatty acids must be obtained from food or are readily available over the counter at drug and/or health food stores.

ASH is also a marketing company and offers a great compensation plan. In my opinion, health products are very difficult to sell, at least that's what I tell myself since I am a failure with promoting ASH. To make a long story short, I had to look elsewhere for a successful work at home business. It took a while, but than I found It's Good Business and a great group of people. We all have the same goal and we work closely together to achieve that goal. There's work, but we share it. Basically, this is what our group is doing:

We are creating long term dependable residual income streams.
We don't buy leads - we buy customers.
We don't make a list of 100 people we know personally.
We don't bother family, friends, or use the 3 foot rule.
We don't spend 20 hours on the telephone trying to convince others.
The company markets to our customers for us and we get commissions when customers re-order.

If you would like to be a part of a team effort and would like more information about this business, register at: http://itsgoodbusiness.net to attend a presentation. Presentations are held every Saturday at 1:00PM and every Wednesday at 7:00PM Pacific time. There's no selling or pressure so be timid. Plan to attend, you'll see the insight! Just maybe you'll find your work at home business on Google, just like I did.

 The Ugly Truth about the FDA!

Medications - Are They More Deadly Than the Iraq War?

It happened again today...I heard on the news about some new FDA plan to ensure that prescription drugs are actually as safe as advertised.
If you’re anything like me, you know it’s just the same story, different day. Between the FDA, the giant pharmaceutical cartels and our mangled medical system, it’s just one more episode. It would actually be funny... if it weren’t so deadly.

You probably remember that in 2004, Merck took its "wonder drug" Vioxx off the market when studies showed that it doubled your risk of a heart attack. Yet shockingly, these studies were not "new" news. Memos from Merck prove that they knew of Vioxx’ connection to heart attack and stroke but covered it up before they even submitted the data for approval.

Even more shocking, Merck actually wants to bring Vioxx back to the market, this time as a cancer-inhibiting drug! Perhaps Merck assumes we’ve forgotten about the estimated 139,000 Americans that died from Vioxx during its first incarnation (more than 46 times as many American military personnel killed in Iraq to date).

The sad truth...

The #1 killer in our society is not cancer or heart disease. The #1 killer is the health care system itself (something doctors call iatrogenic death). This includes death from:

* Medications
* Surgical errors
* Hospital-acquired infections
* Diagnostic machines
* Hospital-acquired malnutrition

So how can you protect yourself, particularly when it comes to your prescription drugs? Obviously, you can’t depend on the namby-pamby FDA to protect you from unsafe drugs.The fact is, FDA scientists live under enormous pressure from their supervisors to keep information about side effects to themselves, knowing their jobs and promotions are at stake. In turn, supervisors are pressured by influential politicians and bureaucrats who receive support of various kinds from powerful pharmaceutical companies.

How do I know all this? I just finished reading Dr. Russell Blaylock’s new issue of the Blaylock Wellness Repor. This time, he really spills the beans about the FDA, the big drug companies and our bumbling medical system. What I read sent shivers down my spine...

Approval by the FDA Does Not Make A Drug Safe

Did you know that the government’s own General Accounting Office found that up to 50% of drugs approved by the FDA had serious post-approval side effects?

Did you realize that drug companies spend billions of dollars on ads with the traditional media? And medical journals are jam-packed with drug ads as well.

All those commercials and ads equal big money - money the media and the journals don’t want to give up by rocking the boat with a small thing like the truth!

Safety For Sale: The Ugly Truth about the FDA!

I joined ASH because I was skeptical of our health care system. The education offered by ASH is 100% complete, and individual research is strongly recommended. I’ve had my share of surgeries and I would like to QUIT while I’m ahead. I also wanted to share ASH with others and take advantage of the compensation plan.

After years of failure - scores of every day people like myself are now achieving success. This is not a risky new business but rather a combination of strengths of two established companies, each over 8 years old. The result is that the team is breaking all previous records and that this will provide long term residual income for many for years and years to come. WHY? We joined It's Good Business!

How about building a lucrative business on Google without buying leads. How about just buying customers instead? How about a successful work from home business? How about making money online?

That’s right, Buy Customers!
